Holistic Acupressure Shiatsu
A one to one full body session received fully clothed and lying down on a comfortable futon, involving gentle rotations of the body; comfortable pressure with the thumb, palms and elbows; stimulation of acupressure points; and stretches and mobilisation techniques to adjust the body's physical structure and balance the flow of energy through the body.

The initial session 75 - 90 minutes
(including a consultation including questions about your general health, medical history).
Follow-up sessions (60 - 75 minutes) can be arranged according to your requirements.

Sessions are deeply relaxing, revitalising, and balancing depending on your needs. Regular sessions can be very beneficial in alleviating stress, relieving aches and pains and promote healing.

Seated Shiatsu
A one to one fully clothed seated session offered either on a futon or chair.
Here the focus of work is on the back, neck, head and arms, where I will use gentle rotations; stretches; pressure with thumbs, palms and elbows; and acupressure to give a deeply relaxing, relieving and revitalising session.

It is possible for me to do a home visit and offer a session in your home or in your garden - if the weather is good!

Seated Shiatsu
A one to one fully clothed seated session offered either on a futon or chair.
Here the focus of work is on the back, neck, head, shoulders and arms.
I will use gentle rotations; stretches; pressure with thumbs, palms and elbows; and acupressure to give a deeply relaxing, relieving and revitalising session.

This is a great session to support your body during the working day - to de-stress & calm your mind.

Self-Shiatsu
An online session via Zoom.
A one to one guided self-care session, where I will guide you through a range of relevant gentle movements, stretches, acupressure points and breathing techniques, responding to you and your needs from this session.
